Great views and fantastic location! A stone's throw from the metro station and ferries to the city's top attractions, this spot is perfect for exploring the city. the breakfast was varied and delicious, providing plenty of options to suit all tastes.
Sadly, the room we were given was disappointing. the housekeeping could have been more thorough in terms of cleanliness, and the wifi was a little patchy.

Only the view from the swimming pool and the position. And some fresh bakery stuffs from breakfasts. My room, despiting the hotel's advertising, was in other corp of buildings (in the rear of main corp) and the Bosfor's view was limited. Maybe the pool could be also considered ok (even is little bit small), but it could not be used (and the restaurant too) in the evenings (after 17), because of the weddings organized there every night. Even during the mornings time were some photo shootings at the swimming pool.
Room-bad shape furniture, awful bathroom, poor TV choices, for the access at the room (somewhere up tot the auto park) we had to exit the hotel and to ascend many stairs, and maybe the worst thing was the Internet connection. When the accommodation took place, the receptionist insisted to give him my credit card, have noted the safety number, and insisted to constitute a guaranty/provision for our staying there (myself and my son, 17 years old-8 nights). I think that this procedure is completely unusual and abusive. Breakfast was acceptable/mediocre but every day they have had the same stuffs.

Avoid this hotel. A few rooms have a view over the water, most are at the back in a shabby building across the street, up two steep flights of stairs. We were given what was called an apartment. This meant a very small bedroom, a bathroom so small it would qualify for a toilet in most hotels, badly worn furniture and air-conditioning that did not work. All rooms with a view over the Bosporus were apparently booked up for a wedding for the first night we were there. On the second night the hotel was empty, but we were told there were no other rooms available. The view from the pool does not make up for the rude staff, very loud music blaring out from multiple music systems for most of the day, lack of choice at breakfast and massively overpricing for any extras you order. Service was universally poor or worse. Staff used their lack of English as an excuse for poor service. When we complained about value for money the reception manager was extremely rude, shouted at us at the top of his voice and then threatened us with calling the police. Altogether a most unpleasant experience. This is the sort of rip-off hotel experience which Booked.net has helped to stamp out, but some poorly run establishments with websites not giving accurate details of accommodation and facilities on offer clearly still sneak through the system. We moved to a hotel near the Blue Mosque where the view across the water was much better, and where they actually knew what it means to run a hotel for overnight guests.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated next to the USKUDAR ferry station and the Bosphorus boats, allowing easy access to all the surrounding neighborhoods. Additionally, the rooms have a nice design and the staff provides attentive service.
My stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there was nothing that I believe needed improvement.

Fabulous location overlooking the Bosphorus. Great swimming pool. Lovely friendly service. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminal at Uskudar so even though it's on the Asian side, it's very convenient.
The room was slightly tired looking but nothing serious.

The 180 degree view over the Bosporus and Istanbul's European skyline is magnificent. I keep coming back to this hotel for this absolutely wonderfull view. And the Bosporus ferryline is just across the street !

The breakfast was decent and the outdoor pool was nice to relax in after a long day at work. The convenience of its location near public transportation and local restaurants made it easy to explore the area on my free time.
The hotel room was old and dusty, making it hard to breathe at night. It was hard to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak much English and didn't seem willing to help.

Friendly, safe and quiet...good location...away from the mayhem of the more tourist areas but right on the doorstep of excellent transport facilities.
Overpriced....doesn't fulfill the expectations of the price tag in any way although the friendliness is something money can't buy.

The hotel is located in a good district and is very near to a ferry station. It is right next to the ferry, making it convenient for travel. the rooms offer a stunning view of the Bosphorus and the outdoor swimming pool is a nice facility to relax in. the breakfast buffet is also mentioned as good in the reviews, providing a variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Some reviews mentioned that the rooms were old, dirty, and had a strong cigarette smell.

the only thing i liked was the view from the hotel and its location
The staff were very annoying and disrespectfull. We had a terrible welcome, the room wasnt ready for use, a lot of things were missing, especially in the bathroom. They didnt even read the comment I wrote on my reservation regarding requests about the minibar. When I asked why they didnt toke notice of my requirements, they said that they couldnt see anything, which is not true, because I used Booked.net earlier with other hotels, and they never had problems with reading my requirements before my arrival. All in all, the only thing safed my trip to be a complete disaster was that I familiar with the city, because they couldnt guide me even about the hotel so forget about guiding tourists about the city. The staff were arrogant!!!
